First mover advantage

Everyone wants to be rich.

But most people are afraid to make the first move.
They do not want to step into uncharted waters.
They wait for people to step in first, see how they fare, and then decide whether to move in.
By then, it may already be too late.

A good example is the Bubble Tea frenzy in Singapore some years ago.
The people who make money are those that make the first move.
Those wannabes that spawn later ended up losing money as the frenzy fizzled.

This separates the Rich from the Want-to-be-Rich.
