There is nothing to fear but fear itself.

I have a fear of heights and enclosed spaces! But all fears are learned. We fear nothing when we were first born. Then we learn how to fear things.
So if we learn how to fear certain things, we can also unlearn it. Use hypnosis, cold turkey, mind over matter, psychology, shock tactic, tap meridien points using EFT etc. etc.
