I also believe that every bad person has this little goodness in him.
I have learnt not to cast my judgement on other people.
I have learnt to always give the benefit of a doubt, no matter how disgusting or how many times he has disgusted you with his actions.
My ex-boss is not very well-liked by most of the colleagues.
Frankly, he did give me a fair share of unneccessary verifications when I was under him.
But when you see how nice a father he is to his family, you can't help but realise... that he is trying hard to justify his job and earn a income, just like all of us.
The next time you see someone you do not like, try identifying at least one postive trait about him (even if its minor).
If you can't find any, I conclude you are just too prejudiced against him.
If you can, then you can next start thinking from HIS perspective about why he does certain things that you detest.
Imagine yourself as a defense lawyer for him, and help him come up with reasons to justify what he did.
Give him a benefit of a doubt.
And you will grow to detest him less.
