If everyone understand that working hard is helping their boss achieving their dreams, maybe they will consider being their own boss.
If everyone think a little harder and start turning problems to opportunities, they might come up with develop their own USP (unique selling points), and maybe they will start being their own boss.
If everyone realise that boss has all the (unfair?) advantages over the staffs, maybe they will start being their own boss.
If everyone realise that what their boss get in a month is equivalent to a few months of their pay, maybe they will start being their own boss.
If everyone realise that their jobs can be replaced by cheaper and more youthful Banglahs and fresh graduates, maybe they will start being their own boss.
If everyone realise that stock prices go up when retrenchment is on (shareholders love cost-cutting), maybe they will start opening their own companies.
If everyone understand that building a business does not neccessary require alot of upfront capital, maybe more people will build their own businesses.
If everyone understand that asset > income, they will spend less time on getting an income.
If everyone realise that you can always get smarter people (PhDs included) to work for you, maybe they will start their business and get such people to do the s**t work.
But then again, if everyone become a boss, who will be the employee?
Please continue to be a hardworking employee, forget about being a boss, and work hard till 62.
We need people like you to work for us!
