Everyone wants to be rich

Everytime I buy Toto during lunch time, I will ask my boss to be prepared to take over my work after the results are out. But I'm still doing the work after so many years here.

Let's face it. Every rational guy wants to be rich.


Poor kids wonder why their parents are not rich, unlike other parents.
Employees are disgusted with their bosses, but can only continue to feel disgusted till 62.

So we come up with reasons like
(1) Money is not everything.
(2) Rich people are arrogant, and has no sympathy.
(3) Money will not give you happiness.
(4) I'm proud to be poor.
(5) They are just lucky.
(6) If you have everything, God will be fair and make you erectile dysfunctional. (quote stolen from Miss J)

Self-made local entrepeneur Adam Khoo said that the phrase "money is the root of evil" is a misconception. The correct phrase is No money is the root of all evil.

Money can't buy you happiness. But being poor doesn't guarantee you happiness. So if you are given a choice, which will you choose? Poor or rich?

Being rich gives you the option to decide how you want to live your life, and what courses you can send your kids to. Wifey wants our kids to be musically inclined like her. I want my kids to have a rhythm for dance and be trained on entrepeneurship.
Without money, we can't send our kids to extra classes, and don't have much choice to do what we want.

If you are rich, trace back your roots to your ancestor who is not.
Surely there is someone up along your family line who is not rich.

So how did he go from poor => rich?

Only if you have act and do things differently, will your life be different.
