Sometimes, I think it's difficult. When time is scarce, for example, there is a tendency to rely on past experiences and general assumptions. I think it's even more difficult to listen to your own heart...
Jumping to conclusion without using brains could be a disaster..

So I fired the newly hired manager and bring the 2 back!
LOL
long story though... no one was hurt during the firing!
