5 reasons why you should be happy

(1) Because happiness is contagious to the people around you.
(2) Because happy people are healthier.
(3) Because it takes so much less muscles to smile than to frown.
(It amazes me why some people are always so negative)
(4) Happiness win you friends. Black face keeps people away from you.
(5) The ultimate reason: If someone (say, your boss) is angry at you, but you retain your smiling composure, it will make them more mad.

You may not be able to change the s*** that is happening to you.
But you can ALWAYS decide how you want to react to it.
To be grumpy, or to be happy.

Stay happy, and things will iron out by itself.
