Being punctual.

Someone once told me
"When you are late, you waste other people's time.
When you are early, you waste your own time."
Whose time are you wasting?

During my pre-attached days, I make it a point to be early for appointments.
Then, I was obsessed with Rule No. 1 - Never lose track of time.
In fact, I liked being early, because my time was never wasted.
Waiting is a good time to catch up on the newspapers and other reading materials.

But now that I'm married, things get a little different.
And that's when my mum's sayings take over.

Better to be early than late.
But better to be late than to miss it.
