Vicious vs Leverage Cycles

So you embarked on your own business.
And we know sales is unavoidable.
Its an area you have no knowledge on, and uncertain about.
The starting has not been easy, you do not know where to start from.
To be frank, you aren't certain about it yourself.
The beginning is never easy, and you stumbled along the way.
Your parents and friends are of the opinion that the business won't work.
